VISION
To develop talented youth who are responsible, confident and able to face challenges so that they may contribute positively to society in future.
OBJECTIVES
Initiate youth-oriented activities to encourage participation and develop leadership. Provide a variety of activities in a safe environment where there can be opportunities for youth to express their talents. Train and provide appropriate guidance during their formative years.
HISTORY
Former MP for Alijunied GRC (Paya Lebar), Mdm Cynthia Phua was concerned for the neighbourhood and in 2005, invited Presbyterian Community Services to consider starting a youth centre in Hougang. Grace Jubilee Centre, with the support of Youth Executive Committee Menbers from Paya Lebar-kovan Communtiy Club, took up the task and the Centre opened on 7th October 2oo5.

ACTIVITIES OF CENTRE
The centre has attracted participation from over 400 youths through its daily and saturday activies. Out of these, 47 have chosen to become official members of XYZ Inc Centre. the activies comprise the follwing(talk - BGR, Internet EthicsDrug Prevention and Other Topics)(Sports - Badminton, basketball, Table Tennis, Captain's Ball & Board Games)(Other activities - Maid-Auntmun Festival, Christmas, Malay/Indian Festive Occasions, Racial Harmony Activities, Talent Search, Barbecue)
